(1) The university will have the necessary number of teachers and staff. (2) The appointment, work, duties and rights, remuneration, facilities and conditions of service of the teachers and staff as per sub-section (1) will be as specified. (3) If it is not possible for the teachers and staff of the university to do any work of the university, the vice-chancellor can appoint an expert under contract and use it for the work of the university.
(4) The work, duties and rights, remuneration, facilities and service conditions of the expert appointed according to sub-section (3) shall be as mentioned in the contract.
